About ArtPudding
ArtPudding provides tools you can use right away. Each tool’s screen explains how to use it, the data it supports and any precautions. All tools are currently free, with no accounts or paid subscriptions. You are responsible for your device and connection costs.
Checking your input and results
Make sure you have the rights or permission needed to enter or import text, images, files and other data. Before using, publishing or distributing a tool’s results, check your input and settings and make sure the results are suitable for your purpose. Follow the limits and precautions shown in each tool.
Your data and creations
Using ArtPudding does not transfer ownership of the data you enter or import, or of anything you create, edit or convert with its tools, to the operator. You may use results for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable law and the rights in the original data. The ArtPudding program, name, logos and other service materials belong to the operator or their respective rights holders. Third-party software remains subject to its own licenses.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights or privacy, commit fraud or phishing, or distribute malicious software. Unauthorized access, disruption of the service and excessive load beyond normal use are also prohibited.
Compatibility, saving data and responsibility
A tool’s behavior and results may vary with your input, settings, device, browser or other conditions of use. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, completely accurate results or uninterrupted availability. Save copies of the original data and results you need to keep. The operator will work to fix problems. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Service changes and contact
When tools are added, changed or discontinued, or these terms change, we will provide notice on this site as appropriate. Any consent or notice required by law will follow the applicable process. External services have their own terms. You can contact us using the Contact us link on Home.
